clean rooms - great location - friendly staff. the buffet breakfast was excellent. early check-in for surgery was a lifesaver!

The spacious room with comfortable beds and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. However, the weak wifi signal and lack of amenities like bars of soap in the bathroom can be improved.

I was very pleased with my choice to stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for my surgery at the nearby hospital. The facilities, such as tea making and ironing, were also a plus. Despite one minor disappointment of no ABC TV, which I had already researched beforehand, my overall experience was better than I expected.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to various modes of transportation. The room was spacious and clean with a stunning view of the city. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the room tidy, and I really appreciated the free toiletries provided. The restaurant had delicious food with special diet menus that were very accommodating. The staff, especially the security guard and night reception, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were a fantastic added bonus, and the w-fi was fast and reliable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The database bed was comfy and the location was convenient. The reception staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. The hotel had a laundry service which was a bonus for taking care of laundry cheaply and easily.

The hotel is located in a great area, perfect for exploring the city. the bed in our room was clean and comfortable, and the TV was conveniently located and had a good size.

The air conditioning in our room was very complicated to use, and we couldn't figure out how to heat it properly. This made our stay quite uncomfortable as the room was freezing cold, and we had trouble sleeping.
