Our stay at Rydges On Swanston was a pleasant surprise. The refurbished room we stayed in was delightful and had a fresh feel to it. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a fantastic coffee. The staff were warm and welcoming, always willing to assist us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for two people. Although there was no bathtub, everything else about the room was great. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to Lygon Street and the city center. It was also conveniently close to the Queen Victoria Markets. I loved the fact that it was situated near great restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. The room was super clean and had a pleasant view over the park. The pool was a perfect spot to cool off, and the food at the hotel was fresh and tasty.

Had a wonderful New Year at this hotel! the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet was a highlight with lots of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location with easy access to public transportation and key attractions within walking distance.

The noise from outside was a bit too loud, especially during peak holiday hours. However, these minor issues were outweighed by the great staff and overall positive experience.
