We were pleasantly surprised by this place! The location, within walking distance of Ballandean, offers magnificent views south across the valley. The service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The room amenities included everything we needed, from ironing facilities to heating and air conditioning. The sitting area and dining table were a nice touch, and we loved the patio where we could enjoy the stunning views over the vineyard. The hotel provided free toiletries, cookware, and an electric kettle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the garden, perfect for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Had a great Xmas weekend at this B&B. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They had wine for sale which we bought a few bottles of. Views of the vineyards were beautiful - perfect spot for any wine lover. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. We appreciated how close it was to local attractions and wineries.

There wasn't really anything we could fault during our stay, however, we would have preferred a little more privacy in the shared areas. There were other guests around which made it feel less private.

The location of the property was ideal, as it was close enough to everything but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The hosts were very knowledgeable and provided great information on touring the local area, including restaurants and attractions. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with options for dietary requirements. The view from the property was stunning, overlooking the surrounding countryside and vineyards.

One negative aspect was that the rooms were close together, making it less intimate or comfortable when sitting out on the porch if others were present.
