The motel had a great location, being close to the footbridge to the main beach, allowing easy access to the township of Lakes Entrance. The mini-bar is well-stocked and the sitting area is cozy. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a bonus, making it convenient to stay connected. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything close by. We enjoyed dining at Nicks Thai restaurant, which was just a short walk away. The hotel itself had great amenities, including a swimming pool and BBQ facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The owners of this waterfront motel go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and indulgent. the rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and homely experience. the vegan toiletries provided are of top-notch quality. Additionally, the freshly baked chocolate chip and white chocolate chip cookies left in the room were a delightful touch. the location of the motel is also perfect, situated right on the water front.

The family double room at Sandbar Motel was incredible for our week-long stay. We were impressed by the abundance of amenities provided in the room, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town and enjoy the nearby attractions. We particularly loved the pool and the ample outside seating that allowed us to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings. The friendly and approachable staff, especially Kelly, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us with freezing our freshly caught fish. We were also delighted by the homemade cookies provided upon our arrival. our experience at Sandbar Motel was amazing, and we will definitely be returning when we visit the area again.

The room was spotless and had some really cool gadgets like smart lights and a coffee machine. We loved that the kitchenette was well-equipped and had everything we needed. the location was perfect, with parking right in front of the unit. And, the icing on the cake, we were even given a special gift for our honeymoon!
