The staff were lovely, but the room was small. Noise from above and mold in the bathroom made for a less than ideal stay. On the upside, the location was convenient, breakfast exceeded expectations, and the free parking and secure premises were a plus. The pool and laundry facilities were also nice touches.

I especially loved the lush tropical plants surrounding the driveway and the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. the location was perfect, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and attractions.

If I had to provide some feedback, I would suggest that the bed could be a bit higher and softer for more comfort. it would be great if the housekeeping staff were more attentive to details like ensuring the smoke detectors have batteries and not entering the rooms without permission.

We loved the tropical ambiance from the moment we arrived, with palm trees and lush plants. The staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any issues and even moving our luggage while we explored the area. The breakfast included was a pleasant surprise and provided a great start to our day. The location was ideal, just minutes away from Langtree Mall and across from the Tourist Information Centre. The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and reliable AC. The shower had continuous hot water, and there was plenty of storage space. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the continental breakfast offered a delicious variety. The friendly staff extended throughout, making us feel welcome and at home.

Close to everything we needed, the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The lush tropical plants surrounding the hotel create a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was attentive and provided basic amenities, including rooms with a balcony that had a pleasant outlook. The added extras, such as bottled water and a comfortable couch, made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast included gluten-free options, which was much appreciated, and the local super fresh fruit was a delightful addition to start the day.
