The customer service managers made us feel at home immediately with their warm smiles and genuine conversations. They pre-empted our needs and gave directions to the locality without us even asking. The rooms were spacious and in good condition. The location was superb, walking distance to all the good restaurants, market, and the link bridge to the harbor.

The breakfast was not served at the hotel but at a nearby cafe, although we did get a 15% discount. The noise from the construction site outside was a bit disturbing, especially in the mornings.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near Darling Harbour. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Convention Centre where we were working for the weekend. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests promptly. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with great views of the city. The pool and spa were a bonus, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere. the comfort and quality of services provided enhanced our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the main train station and several food places and bars. I also appreciated the nearby café that served excellent breakfast all day long.

The hotel lacked eat-in options and the showerheads in the bathroom were not up to par with the necessary water pressure. While I understand the importance of water conservation, the balance between conservation and pressure was not quite right.

The room at Seasons Harbour Plaza was neat, tidy, modern, and spacious, offering a great view over the city. Despite the busy location, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed my stay at Seasons Harbour Plaza and would recommend it for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.

As a light sleeper, I was pleased with the minimal noise from the roads and the ability to get a good night's sleep. The location near the train station and attractions like Pyrmont Bridge and Darling Harbour was convenient. The kitchen facilities and nearby shops like Woolworths made it easy to prepare meals or grab a quick bite to eat.
