I recently stayed at The Playford and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's personalized touches, like addressing me by my surname on the welcome letter and TV welcome page, made me feel special. The staff were incredibly accommodating with a late checkout, and their excellent customer service was evident throughout the hotel. The location was superb, and the Lounge Lobby was a great spot for drinks and a quick breakfast. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. My room was spacious, quiet, and offered plenty of privacy. The coffee pods in the room were a nice touch, and the hotel's proximity to the convention center and festival theatre was very convenient. it was a wonderful stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the charming and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was beautiful and the beds were amazing. The 'pillow menu' allowed us to find the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. The room service food was tasty and delivered quickly. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit everyone. The hotel's location was conveniently close to Rundle Mall and Hindley Street, where all the action is. The room had wifi and Foxtel, which was very convenient.

We felt more than at home during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble for the staff.

During our weekend stay here, we were treated to luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight with its steam room and exclusive private facilities. We also enjoyed the delicious in-room breakfast served each morning. The location is convenient, with premium restaurants and bars just steps away.

Although the indoor swimming pool was beautiful, we found it to be a bit chilly for our liking. However, this was only a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay at this hotel.

The Playford Adelaide - Mgallery had a great location near the tram stop and train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel had a Gatsby-style design that added a unique touch to the experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they could use some minor decorating updates. The mini bar and room service were outstanding, with generous portions. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the hotel, including in the rooms. The pool and gym facilities were also a nice addition. The happy hour and the burger and beer meal deal were great perks during the stay.

The hotel is located in a lively area, right in the downtown area of Adelaide where all the attractions and Rundle Mall are within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with a lounge area and balcony, offering a great view of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious with a fantastic staff. The hotel also offers a pool and gym area for guests to enjoy.

Some areas of the hotel may be undergoing renovation, which can be inconvenient for guests.

The coffee in the restaurant was fantastic. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bar area had a great atmosphere. The pool and spa area were clean and relaxing.
