I recently stayed at a charming inn with a rich history and warm ambiance. The location was perfect, with an alfresco licensed area for enjoying a drink in the sunshine. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the live music performed by local bands in the establishment.

The selection of dinner options could be improved.

The accommodation was at a great location, it was easy to get around and explore the local area. the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. It was great to have coffee facilities and a fridge available which was all we needed for our short stay.

The accommodation was not well organised or well-managed. the room was smaller than expected and lacked certain basic amenities such as a hairdryer.

I recently stayed at Settlers House and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to all the shops and sights. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food at the tavern was delicious and the generous portions left me satisfied. Despite a few minor hiccups, such as a faulty TV and a room that hadn't been properly cleaned, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend Settlers House for a memorable and enjoyable stay in York.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who efficiently checked us in. The location of this place was perfect, right in the center of town, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a terrace and dining area where we could enjoy our evening drinks and meals. The staff provided excellent customer service, always attentive and friendly.
