Stayed in a high floor apartment with stunning town/lake views. Loved the well-equipped apartment and the convenience of air con in all rooms. Underground car parking was a major advantage. The staff were friendly and the facilities were always clean. a great experience at Sevan Apartments. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel is so comfortable and luxurious, it may be difficult to leave and explore the surrounding area.

We recently spent a fantastic weekend away and were very pleased with our accommodation. The apartment was spacious and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find unexpected extras such as coffee pods for the coffee machine and a range of toiletries. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. The comfortable bed was a definite highlight, and I slept better than I have in weeks.

The noise levels in the apartment were a bit of a disruption to an otherwise lovely stay. We could hear guests coming and going through the foyer and lift area, and the street noise outside was quite loud.
