peppers exceeded our expectations once again during our family holiday. the staff, especially Jerome, were lovely and attentive. they even surprised me with an upgrade and complimentary drinks for my birthday. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchen facilities and a washer/dryer. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Crown Casino and the Convention Centre. overall, a great stay!

We had a great time during Thanksgiving! the staff was really kind and offered us complimentary drinks and a late check out. the pool was a nice place to relax after our Thanksgiving feast.

The hotel had some drawbacks. the carpet in the hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor that wafted to the rooms.

Super clean and spacious rooms with top-notch amenities. Polite and professional service. Beautiful location. Incredible included breakfast and wonderful wait staff. Comfortable beds and dreamy rooms.

Spacious apartments with stylish design and great showers. Room upgraded to 2 bedrooms. New apartment, clean, comfortable bed. Excellent location near Rod Laver Arena and good cafes/restaurants nearby. Breathtaking views, perfect atmosphere, and comfortable room. Lovely staff and comfortable bed for a special anniversary celebration.

We had a great stay at Peppers! The valet parking service was exceptional - our cars were always ready whenever we needed them, and the staff even helped us with our bags. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to Southbank and various bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room at Shadow Play By Peppers is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The bedding is of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep for even the lightest of sleepers. The bathroom is clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. They are easy to deal with and are always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. There is a small casual restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat.
