The room was spacious and had everything we needed. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the location was convenient for our needs.

We had a few issues during our stay. the balcony was not usable due to smoking being allowed, and our neighbors in the next room smoked constantly.

The room at Shamrock Gardens Motel was incredible! It was spacious and had a complete kitchen, perfect for cooking meals. The queen-size bed was comfy, and the large ensuite was a bonus. I loved having my own outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and the food was delicious and affordable. I had a great experience at this motel and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a lovely motel in Mackay for 4 days. The staff at Shamrock Gardens were friendly and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on this year and the shower was amazing. The on-site restaurant was very welcoming, accommodating food allergies, and the meals were fantastic. The motel had a beautiful patio garden and pool view, and the continental breakfast included in the room was a nice touch. it was a perfect stay!

Totally recommend this hotel.

Great motel! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had a washing machine and dryer, perfect for our long stay. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and the balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy it. Easy to find off the main road. Will definitely be staying here again next time. Perfect for our little family.

Absolutely love this motel, it has everything a traveller needs. Clean, lovely little kitchen, you can wash and dry your clothes. Truly excellent meal and atmosphere in the hotel next door. Great location, just a short walk to your room. Stayed here every time we travel through. Staff are very helpful.

Easy check-in process, helpful reception. Basic but clean and comfortable room with continental breakfast included. Reasonably priced mini-bar. Convenient location for groceries. Housekeeping kept rooms clean and well-stocked. Good restaurant with quick service. Would stay again.

The room was amazing! It was huge, with a complete kitchen and a comfy queen size bed. the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool was a great addition. the staff at the restaurant were fantastic and the meals were delicious. I also loved the fact that there was a continental breakfast provided in the room each morning.

One minor annoyance was that there were no instructions to find the cable channels. It took some effort to figure it out, but once I did, it was fine.

My room at Shamrock had a bit of a weird smell when I first arrived, but airing it out quickly solved the issue. The wifi was a bit weak in my room, but everything else about my stay was exceptional. The restaurant food was excellent and the value and service provided were top-notch. The motel was attached to a pub, but I didn't hear any late-night noise. The room was clean and comfortable, with a queen and single bed. The continental breakfast included in the room rate was convenient and enjoyable, with a good variety of cereals, juices, yoghurt, and toast. Each room even had its own washing machine and dryer, which was a bonus. The motel had a lovely garden and pool area with direct access to the bistro. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when they managed to fit us in even though they were fully booked. I had an excellent experience at the Shamrock Gardens Motel and would definitely stay there again.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if they provided a greater variety of cereal options.
