As friends who love going out at nights, we loved the perfect location of Shangri-La. It was surrounded by numerous restaurants, ideal for a night out!

Felt amazing, no reason to complain.

As a recent guest at Shangri-La, my purpose was a leisure stay for 5 nights. The staff were fantastic, always going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to the esplanade and lagoon. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The views were good, and I especially enjoyed the Horizon Lounge and the restaurant in the backyard. The staff in the lounge were also very pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just a 5-minute walk from the marina where the tours departed. The location was perfect, making our trips to the reef and islands effortless. The staff were really helpful and even booked a last-minute trip for us. The pool was fantastic, and the breakfast, although a bit expensive, had an amazing setting next to the marina. We also enjoyed the North Bar at the hotel for a drink and some shucked oysters before heading out. our experience at Shangri-La was wonderful.

Great location, close to the Marina and tourist area with shops and restaurants to choose from. Super convenient for trips to the reef. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a let down as the café downstairs was closed and it was unclear where else breakfast was served. Had to go to an adjoining café instead.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Cairns for a relaxing getaway. The pillows provided were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breathtaking view from our room added to the overall experience, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of walking tracks and a variety of quality restaurants nearby. this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it.

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near a range of restaurants and the marina.

The hallways and carpets in the hotel showed signs of wear and tear. The selection of tea and coffee in the room was below average.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was great, close to the airport and just a 15-minute Uber ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent soundproofing. We were able to enjoy the nightlife on our balcony without disturbing our kids who were sound asleep inside. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were nice and well-maintained. The bar staff were amazing and had great personalities. this hotel provided a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it.

Immaculate cleanliness, beautiful gardens, exceptional and friendly staff, faultless service. Unforgettable holiday with great view of the seaport and mountains, delicious buffet/restaurant with sea view. Kids loved the pool and games. Amazing Christmas celebration with top quality food and Santa Claus. Gorgeous place to stay, comfortable beds, great location, lovely grounds. Amazing, friendly and accommodating staff. Cannot praise them enough.

I had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La in Cairns. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly after my long flight, making me feel like a valued customer from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully equipped and had stunning views of the harbor. I felt safe and secure leaving the doors open to the deck, enjoying the tropical breeze. The lush tropical gardens added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited room service menu options and some cleanliness issues in the dining area, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.

We were impressed by the inclusive Club Lounge with friendly staff, good breakfast and evening buffet, and amazing view over the marina. Comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Easy parking for a reasonable price. we recommend staying at Shangri-La.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Horizon Club room we stayed in had an amazing view of the marina. We could watch the yachts and cruise ships pass by right from our room. The room itself was modern and lovely, with a balcony where we could relax and enjoy a coffee while watching the world go by. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the waterfront and within walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful boardwalk. The breakfast included in our room price was fabulous, providing us with a great start to each day.
