My stay at City Tempo was fantastic! I stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every moment. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I loved the fact that there was a 24/7 store just across the street, making it convenient to grab any necessities. The location was also perfect, with cafes and the Crown Casino within walking distance. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the amenities. The tennis court, indoor pool, and gym were top-notch. I especially appreciated the late checkout and the option to leave my luggage until my flight. The staff even organized the Skybus for me, with a pick-up right at the accommodation. a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. It is close enough to everything else, and it is relatively close to the river bank. You can easily walk to the casino and Southbank area. The rooms are spacious with kitchen facilities and a washing machine. The administrative office-staff provides excellent service and is very helpful and prompt in their responses.

The rooms could use more frequent cleaning, especially the window and door blinds which had accumulations of dust and grit.

We had a fantastic Christmas break in a modern and clean apartment close to the main attractions of the city. We were surprised with two complimentary gifts upon arrival, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring and walking to most nearby places. The amenities were great and we particularly enjoyed the spacious balcony with a stunning view of the city.

The apartment was a bit small and lacked comfortable seating space. We also noticed that the WiFi connection was not reliable and required frequent logins.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated every single request I had in a timely manner. the service provided by the staff was top-notch.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience. The staff should definitely receive more training in providing exceptional customer service, but that is a minor issue compared to everything else this hotel has to offer.

The views from the floor to ceiling windows were amazing. The apartment had a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for lounging around. And I loved using the barbecue area to cook my own meals. So fancy!

Who needs more hanging knobs in the bathrooms? And seriously, a clothes rack for indoor drying?

We had a minor issue with accessing our apartment, but the night duty manager went above and beyond to help us. He noticed our struggle on the CCTV and came out to assist. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. I would highly recommend City Tempo - Southbank Collection for your stay in Melbourne.
