We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, situated on the stunning Broadwater with breathtaking water views. It was perfect for our family as it was conveniently close to the Runaway Bay Masters Tournament and easily accessible to popular attractions like Dreamworld. The service provided by the staff was nothing short of amazing. They were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area, and a spacious terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also offered great leisure facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. The sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. our experience here was absolutely fantastic.

The location was perfect, away from the crowded high rises of the Gold Coast but still central to all the events I needed to attend. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. They were always available to assist with any questions I had and even provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The waterfront view from my room was simply stunning. I loved waking up each morning and admiring the beauty of the surroundings. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including a full kitchen, washing machine, and ironing facilities. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

My only minor gripe was that some of the staff members were not as polite or attentive as I would have liked. However, this would not deter me from recommending this hotel to everyone.

The apartments were clean, well-fitted, and close to major attractions. The designated car space was convenient as parking was limited. The private pool area was a favorite feature. Staff were friendly.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within a short walk to a beautiful swimming spot and a delicious fish and chip shop. Additionally, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax during my city trip.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. Firstly, the allocated car park was unable to be used due to a four-wheel drive taking up too much space.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Silvershore Apartments. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with amazing views of the Broadwater. We enjoyed the morning and evening strolls along the waterfront and the nearby children's parks. The location was convenient, with takeaway joints and restaurants within close proximity. we highly recommend staying here.

There was a bit of road noise when we had the balcony doors open, and we had trouble reaching the after-hours manager for check-in. Additionally, there were some issues with the air conditioning not working properly and a few room smells.
