Excellent Value for Money and Friendly Staff

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. the convenient location and comfortable amenities truly enhanced my overall experience. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to address any cleanliness issues more proactively to ensure a consistently pristine environment for all guests.

The room at Snowgum Motel was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for us to relax. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the main town and other attractions. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the opportunity to have a BBQ and swim. Additionally, being able to rent DVDs for free was a great added bonus. The bed linen was of high quality and kept us warm throughout the night. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time staying at this motel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to town centre and the main shopping area. It made it so convenient for us to walk to restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice new bathroom and comfy beds. The manager was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about places to visit and eat. We enjoyed cooling off in the outdoor pool on a hot day. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being close to the Mt Beauty shops, bus transport to Falls Creek, and the bus terminal. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities. The big bathrooms are an added bonus, and the breakfast served here is delicious.

All was fine, no major dislikes.

The room was the perfect temperature, the bed was very comfortable and had electric blankets. It was also very clean. the location was very convenient and only a short walk from everything.

The shower water pressure was a bit low, which made it hard to get the perfect temperature, and there was a crack on the shower screen. the scent of the cleaning products was a bit overwhelming when we first entered the room.
