Outstanding location, impeccable service, and fantastic pool experience. the view of the canals was unexpectedly delightful and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. the room was spacious, clean, and had a spectacular view. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. the little details, like the hand-written notes and birthday balloons, made our stay extra special. the hotel amenities were as expected and the breakfast was terrific. the location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the jetty. it was a pleasure to stay at Sofitel and I highly recommend it.

The service at Sofitel was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even offered drinks to guests in the lobby, which made us feel welcomed. The room was beautifully furnished and spacious, providing a cozy escape from the rainy weather. We were delighted to find that the beach was just across the road for sunny days. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and served with utmost care. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff ensured all our needs were met. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

We had a huge room with a kingsize bed, balcony with a view, and a kitchenette. The pool area was large and had a swim up bar. The breakfast at the BeachHouse restaurant was delicious and had a wide range of options. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Being in this luxurious hotel has been an exceptional experience. the exclusive amenities are remarkable and the spa centre is an oasis of relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool with beach umbrellas and sun loungers was splendid. the restaurant offers delicious dishes and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. the location advantages will exceed all expectations, as there are plenty of good cafes and shops nearby.

There was only one minor issue. Some of the service could have been improved as the snack bar was understaffed and wait times were longer than expected.

The staff were superb, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive pool staff. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a pool-view room offering a nice view. The hotel's location was ideal, close to restaurants, the beach, and the ferry on the lake. The room amenities included cutlery, crockery, and a small fridge, making it convenient for light meals. The pool was cool and there was even a pool bar for sipping wine while swimming. The gym had sufficient equipment and weights. We were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade, which came with slippers, plunger coffee, and indulgent toiletries. a great experience and we would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton/Sofitel again.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Noosa, located right in the center of Hastings St. The hotel was conveniently close to the town and had a great location for exploring the area. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a picturesque view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast each morning. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and modern facilities.

We did experience some issues with the room cleanliness, as there were a few breakages and marks on the furniture and carpet.

Our recent city trip was fantastic, with excellent complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi provided. the hotel's location was perfect, situated close to the beach and within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. the pool was also a great bonus, with plenty of loungers available to relax on.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable for our liking. additional parking fees were not mentioned beforehand and seemed unnecessary with a mostly empty car park.

The room was spacious with a peaceful view of the river, making it a perfect retreat. Staff were friendly and the location was ideal. The pool area was fantastic and the food at Kuravita's was excellent.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.
