Recently stayed at Urban Apartments on Elizabeth for a week-long holiday. The spacious rooms and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The kitchenette and dining area were functional, and the view from the room onto Londsdale Street was impressive. The helpful and friendly staff made check-in a breeze.

I was able to easily navigate with a stroller from my room to the elevator and outside without any obstacles or stairs. This was especially convenient when my kids were asleep. the apartment itself was spotless and comfortable, with a spacious living area and well-appointed bedrooms. the kitchen and laundry had everything I needed. the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were friendly and courteous. I will definitely choose Urban Apartments for my future stays in the city.

Daily room service ensured a well-maintained and clean environment.

There were limited pots available in the kitchen, which could have been improved upon.

the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us whenever we entered or left the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our 2 bedroom apartment, which comfortably accommodated all 5 adults. the additional bed provided was of high quality, not a thin mattress like in some hotels. the amenities were plentiful and we loved the delightful scents of the soaps, shampoos, and lotions.
