Great amenities and convenient location

The apartment had great amenities such as heated pools, underground parking, and in-room washing facilities. the location was convenient, close to the beach and other attractions. Improvement could be made in terms of communication and responsiveness from the staff, as well as addressing issues like odors and darkness in certain rooms.

I always return for the city break. Friendly staff helped me with heavy luggage. Ideal amenities: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour security, Outdoor dining area. the swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and beach access are perfect. Love the cozy rooms, flat-screen TV, and kitchen facilities.

During my recent business trip to Port Macquarie, I had the pleasure of staying at South Pacific Apartments, a choice made by our director. the spacious rooms were a welcome retreat, and I enjoyed the proximity to the beaches and shopping areas. the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. the heated outdoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxing after a long day. the undercover parking was convenient, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Port Macquarie.

The stairs and lack of signage to find the rooms could be a challenge for families with young kids or elderly guests.

Our stay NEAR THE BEACH was fantastic! Breakfast by the waves was amazing. the noisy surroundings were a downside. the pool area was even better than the photos. Would come back for it!

The Service from Ely was exceptional, and the heated pool was a hit with the kids. Conveniently located near shops and the beach, the room was comfortable and clean, making our one-night stay seamless and enjoyable. the spacious rooms were a bonus, close to beaches and shopping. the heated pool and spa were fantastic, along with convenient undercover parking. Great value for a full apartment, and the proximity to Flynn's Beach was a highlight. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, beach access, BBQ facilities, sun terrace, and garden area provided ample relaxation options. Exploring nearby landmarks like the Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail and Koala Hospital enriched our family bonding experience, creating lasting memories in Port Macquarie.

I was initially concerned about the smell and darkness in my apartment at South Pacific Apartments in Port Macquarie, but the spaciousness, fabulous pools, and friendly staff made up for it. the wifi and amenities were lacking, but the location near the beach was perfect for my family's stay.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach. I loved waking up and being able to see the sea from my room. The rooms were quite spacious and had everything I needed, including an equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the jacuzzi. I had a great experience at this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at a great place for families. The apartment was neat and tidy, providing everything we needed. The kids loved the swimming pool, BBQ area, and children's area. Being walking distance to the beautiful beach was a bonus. we had a memorable stay and would recommend it.

The location of the apartment was fantastic! We were in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering great advice on things to do in the area and making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hot water in the shower wasn't working properly, which made for uncomfortable bathing. the bed sheets were also of poor quality and uncomfortable to sleep in.
