the room was cozy and warm, with ironing and tea facilities. Great service, but gym opens late. Staff were helpful; drawback: wife had rash from pool.

The interconnected rooms were lovely and spacious, perfect for our family. We also appreciated the option of room service from the restaurant, with nice meals available. The 11am checkout was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the historical attraction of Sovereign Hill. We were able to easily visit this popular tourist spot, which made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel is located near a good restaurant, making it convenient for us to have delicious meals. The proximity to these attractions adds to the overall positive experience of staying at this hotel.

The noise from the water and shower facilities upstairs was quite terrible. It disrupted our peace and made it difficult for us to have a restful sleep.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel database. the room was incredibly clean and well-maintained. the electric blanket provided was a nice touch, especially on those chilly nights. the location was also a plus, being tucked away in the back streets and next to the gaming room. It felt like a little apartment, making it ideal for a young couple. the room was tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable.

One minor downside I found was that the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit weak at times. It wasn't a major issue, but it was slightly inconvenient when trying to connect to the internet.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with an amazing restaurant right next door. We loved being so close to Red Lion pub and Sovereign Hill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the convenience of room service and the laundry facilities provided. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything. the rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful facilities, such as the pool and recreation area, which provided plenty of activities for our family. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the meals from the restaurant were amazing. We also appreciated the free towels offered at reception.

Although we had a great experience, there were a few things that could have been improved. the stone walkway around the pool was uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet.

I had an excellent weekend away at a hotel with fabulous amenities like a sauna, pool, and games room. It was so convenient to stay at the same venue as the party I was attending. The car parking right at the door of my room was a bonus, and I loved having an adjoining family room so we could all stay together. The later checkout time at 11am was also a great bonus!
