The location of the apartment was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and easy access to walking and cycling paths. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with modern facilities like a washing machine and dishwasher. The lifts were efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were a few cleanliness issues, such as a dirty couch and a moldy shower.

My recent stay at By Cllix was made memorable by the opportunity to catch up with family we hadn't seen in a year. The location was ideal, and we had no issues accessing the building and our one-bedroom apartment with a delightful river view. The next day, we moved to a two-bedroom apartment to accommodate our friends joining us for a family celebration. However, this apartment disappointed us with its view of an industrial concrete site. Nonetheless, the pool was fantastic, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable without any traffic noise. The staff at reception were also extremely helpful throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This place is in an excellent location, close to everything. We were able to enjoy the football game at Suncorp Stadium, right nearby on the cycle path, and enjoy a beautiful view of the river from our balcony. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special request, both at the reception desk and with the manager. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and even a washing machine!

Highly recommend this hotel to all.

The self check-in process at Spice Apartments was a breeze. I arrived late, but the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking city views from the 13th floor. The location was also convenient, with Southbank just a short 15-20 minute walk away. I had a great experience at Spice Apartments and would recommend it.

The location of these apartments couldn't be better. They are conveniently situated within walking distance to all the nearby attractions and right beside the river. Additionally, they are just across from the train line, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the city view from our balcony. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a refreshing escape from the heat.

It would have been helpful if there was an information booklet in the room about the area. Additionally, finding the parking spot and exiting the property was confusing due to the lack of clear signage.

Elevator key trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at the Spice Apartments. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We were impressed with the undercover parking and the large deck with a stunning view of the city. The highlight was definitely the deck pool overlooking the city skyline. The location was perfect, right by the river with a beautiful walking track that led to South Bank. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, even storing our luggage and printing our updated airline ticket confirmation. We were also relieved when they kept our lost phone safe until we could pick it up. a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

The location is great for families looking to explore central Brisbane. It's near key locations like the CBD, Southbank, and Davies Street Market, making it convenient to walk around and discover the city. The rooms offer amazing floor-to-ceiling windows, providing an awesome view. Soundproofing is also excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay.

It's worth noting that the hotel is unfortunately located close to a main train line, which might result in some noise disturbances.

Had a good time in the city! Found a few complementary things that were nice but didn't make up for the rest. The hotel's location was central, close to many city attractions. The view from the balcony was splendid, and the pool was lovely.

There were a few problems during my stay that made it less enjoyable. The apartment overlooked another block of flats, which meant people could watch us if we didn't keep the blinds down.
