stayed at a property by Imsa Group, very spacious with a beautiful view. amazing a/c, washer, dryer, and balcony. the pool was nice. ernst was super helpful and friendly. room was huge with comfy beds. near trams, supermarkets, and river. felt like watching reality tv!

We loved the convenient location, being a short walk from SouthBank and close to the city center. the facilities were excellent, with a communal laundry, pool, and gym on-site. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Cons: Hard to think of anything.

Despite some cleanliness and maintenance issues, the Imsa Group in Melbourne offered a spacious apartment with a great location near Crown Casino. the heated pool was a hit with the kids, but the property could benefit from a thorough cleaning and updates to improve experience.

Amazing views, great location, convenient with tram stop and foodworks nearby, felt safe, secure building, free onsite parking.

The room was a bit outdated with a few upkeep issues, but spacious with a good location near Southbank. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order. the staff, especially Ernst, were incredibly accommodating. The facilities were fantastic for groups, despite some cleanliness and TV issues. a great stay with room for improvement.

Traveling for leisure for a week, I enjoyed the spacious apartment that had everything needed. the comfortable beds resulted in great sleep. the fast lifts were a plus, as was the responsive staff member who helped us when locked out at midnight. Proximity to trams, supermarkets, and Southbank Yarra River added convenience. the entertaining views of neighboring apartments were a unique touch.

Can just recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near a casino and a grocery store, making it a fantastic choice for those wanting to explore the center of the city. The views from the rooms are amazing, and the amenities offered are great.

The cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired, with dirty fridges and grimey lounges.

We hit up Hotel Triplets for some lit cocktails and then headed to the Entertainment district for epic nightlife vibes! the location was perfect for our party squad!

Just wishing for a dope rooftop bar or nightclub within the hotel for even more turnt nights! .

I turned into a pro tennis player at the on-site court, swam like a fish in the pool, and felt the burn in the fitness center. the airport was closer than my morning coffee shop!

I enjoyed playing detective with the mysterious TV remote and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher.

Great check-in and communication. Good location, close to the city center and South Bank. Well-equipped apartment with nice touches like toiletries and coffee pods. Loved having a washer and dryer. Washing and parking facilities were practical. Pool and gym were enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was spot on for our new year’s celebrations. It was conveniently close to all the main attractions, making it easy to get around without any hassle. we appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds offered in our room. It was a great value for the money.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the carpets were stained and there were torn couches in the room.
