A lovely continental breakfast was included. the hosts, Peter and Lyn were most helpful when we left an item behind and it was posted to our address for when we returned home. the indoor swimming pool and garden areas at Strathearn Park Lodge in Scone were fantastic for relaxation. We enjoyed exploring Crawney Pass National Park, 4.98 km away, fostering family bonding. Despite limited Easter weekend activities in Scone and town roadworks, the lodge itself was a serene retreat.

The lodge offers a number of recreational facilities, including outdoor walking tracks, BBQ areas, and a fully appointed indoor solar-heated swimming pool. the gracious and spacious country lodge provided a peaceful retreat from the city, with private balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountain ranges. the owners, Lyn and Peter, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring every comfort was met. the decor was charming, and the gardens were a lovely place to unwind. the exceptional suite, complete with modern amenities like Apple TV and Netflix, showcased the thoughtful care put into the property. the warm indoor pool, complimentary port, and delightful continental breakfast added to the overall delightful experience. I would not hesitate to book again at Strathearn Park Lodge for its exceptional service and serene atmosphere.

The room was huge with a lovely decor; loved the fireplace and private garden where we spotted wildlife. the warm indoor pool and lush gardens were perfect for relaxing, but the long dirt road to get there was a slight inconvenience, even though didn't bother us much. Lyn and Peter thought of every detail in this top-notch lodge, and Beckie the pup was an added bonus - we definitely left feeling rejuvenated and planning our return 🌿.

We also enjoyed the visits from the colorful birds. The location was convenient for exploring the town and we had delicious meals at the Thoroughbred Hotel. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location was quite far from everything and the drive to get there was difficult. the driveway was hard to find and we missed it the first time.
