During our stay at Hotel Triplets Entertainment, we were thrilled with the spacious family room that easily accommodated our large brood. the friendly staff went above and beyond, making our kids feel welcome. the proximity to the nearby playground and kid-friendly eateries made it a perfect family retreat.

My wife says that adding a children's play area in the hotel would have been great for families with kids.

Recently staying at Sunnybank Hotel for leisure, I appreciated the efficient room service for late meals, comfy beds, and helpful staff who provided extra blankets promptly. Having a microwave and a work table in the room enhanced my convenience. the strong internet connection and hassle-free parking added to the positive experience.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly, helpful and pleasant. They were so accommodating with a refund when our plans suddenly changed. the receptionist was excellent in the way he communicated about upcoming renovations and offered a 20% discount on meals. the location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was convenient for my requirements, with easy access to shopping and various attractions nearby. the room was clean and cozy, and we even received a complimentary gift of chocolate. the internet connection was great and did not have any issues, unlike other places we’ve stayed.

One thing that could be improved is the shower head height. It was a bit low, making it awkward for taller guests to shower comfortably.

The database provided was extremely comprehensive and user-friendly, making it easy to find the information I needed quickly. the room was very spacious and clean, despite the outdated decor. It felt like sleeping in a 5-star hotel room with the comfortable bed and fluffy pillows.

The carpet in the room was a bit worn and could use replacing.

As a solo woman traveler, I loved the friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless with comfy bed.

Staff were super helpful, had a sweet restaurant and pub vibe. Loved the comfy bedding and spacious room, made for a chill stay. Despite the minor downside of the not-so-great shower pressure, the loco was spot on - heaps of options for a feed and shopping close by. had a solid time and would crash there again for sure! 👌

Great location for Nissan Arena events, with a variety of nearby dining options. Enjoy a discount on meals.

Bright room, slight noise.

Just stayed at a hotel close to Pacific Motorway. LOVED the breakfast from the shops across the road. Staff were amazing. Would definitely go back! Photos don't do justice to the rooms.

While the room was small for three adults, the budget motel offered convenience with comfy beds, quick check-in/out, and meals delivered to my room. Welcoming staff, great sleep, and close proximity to shops made my stay at Sunnybank Hotel Brisbane enjoyable. Would return despite minor inconveniences.

Checked in, ready to sink the beer. Staff were massive legends. Room, nah. But watched the game with a support crew on a huge projector screen. Met Jack, a cracking bloke. Keen to share a glass. Beds? Yep, felt like floating. Food? Eek. Barely tasted Aussie vibes. Still chilled with a decent wine, lovely staff. Gave the room a miss and rolled into comfy pillows. night, night! .

The room was well-kept, and despite the bed feeling too soft and lumpy, it surprisingly provided a very restful sleep. the proximity to a shopping mall and dining options within walking distance is where this location shines. Relaxation was enhanced by the pleasant sleep quality.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and the party vibes were off the charts. the location was clutch, close to everything we needed for a wicked time!

Wish there was a hip rooftop bar to chill and vibe with fellow young travelers, would've taken the experience to the next level!
