My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the outdoor swimming pool and lush garden area were perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring Byron Bay. the rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. the hotel's location, nestled in the rainforest, offered a peaceful vibe while still being close to all the attractions in town. the design and modern finishings of the interior created a chic atmosphere that I truly enjoyed.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved. the customer service could have been more responsive to guests' needs and requests.

I stayed in a double room with a balcony overlooking the pool. the property was near several attractions and the airport, making it quite convenient. I enjoyed the spacious shared areas and the lush garden, where I saw playful parrots and squirrels. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom had a luxurious feel. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would definitely book again for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Leaky roof in the Bathroom was a VA thing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a clean and modern room that made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as a beautiful swimming pool in a large garden. The staff were amazing and accommodating, especially Ruby, who was incredibly helpful on the phone. The location was peaceful and had a stunning view of the pool from my room.
