I was really let down by the state of the place. The air conditioning barely worked, and the sofa was not only worn but smelled awful. I actually had to sit on a towel just to avoid the stench—totally unacceptable!

The ocean views were a joke—only visible if you squinted between trees. Plus, the place wasn’t super clean; I had to clean the dishwasher myself and deal with moldy oven. Definitely not worth the premium price we paid!

Its prime location at the end of the building, conveniently separated by the lifts, offered stunning views of the beach from the 13th floor. The height amplified the experience, making the scenery amazing and lovely.

Loved the amazing views from the apartment, especially the sound of the sea breaking - so relaxing! Enjoyed the swim in the pool and the hot spa - perfect for unwinding after a long day. While the weather was a bit unpredictable and cool for February, it would've been handy to have a complementary umbrella to borrow instead of buying one. 🌊.

As a luxury traveller, I found Surf Regency in Gold Coast disappointing. the ocean view was stunning, but the apartment lacked basic comforts like proper bedding and cleanliness. Despite the picturesque location, the unhygienic facilities and lackluster service left me feeling let down for the steep price paid.

The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the beach, which was just a stone's throw away. the location was also very convenient, being close to restaurants and shops. the pool was also nice and refreshing.

The apartment was in dire need of an update. the furnishings were old and worn out, and the bathroom was not very clean.

Fantastic location, stunning view, great amenities, helpful manager, easy access to beach and restaurants.

Convenient location for shopping, clean and presentable with amazing views. Friendly and helpful management. Spacious rooms with separate bathrooms. Close to main square and beach.

The location was perfect for photography with stunning beach views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including amenities like foxtel movies. The staff was amazing and there was a rooftop spa.

Felt completely secure, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right across from the beach, providing stunning views of the ocean. Additionally, it was in the center of everything, with the new tram system making it easy to explore. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, allowing for convenience and variety in dining and shopping options.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. The TV reception was quite bad on windy days, making it difficult to enjoy television in the room.
