Our family of four stayed at Surfer’s Mayfair in a fantastic 2-bedroom apartment for a week. the mesmerizing views of the ocean and river were unforgettable. the large balcony and vast windows were highlights, along with well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, convenient washer/dryer, and cozy living area. the location was unbeatable, close to the beach, shops, and eateries.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Our stay was absolutely mind-blowing! the 11th-floor view of the ocean and river: jaw-dropping. SUPER spacious two-bedroom apartment with huge windows and a large balcony. Kitchen was amaaazing and well-equipped. the pool and garden in the back were beautiful. Comfy beds and a spa bath to relax. Appreciated the secure entrance and designated parking spot. Very friendly staff stored our luggage and made the late check-in process smooth. My favorite part? the huge bathrooms and air conditioning in every room!

improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and maintenance issues such as dirty curtains, walls with holes, and bird waste on the balcony.

The hotel was close to Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family places. We had epic nights partying at both spots. the rooms had sick views and the pool was chill to hang at.

Would've loved a better game room for more late-night fun with friends.

the view from the balcony was impeccable but the WiFi signal—I tried uploading my beach photos, but it was playing hide and seek! A sour note, yet amusing. the lack of pool towels was a little comic; turns out, towel wrestling by the pool is a thing! Staff friendly, remarkable view—like an Aussie summer day. All in all, a memory worth sharing, mate! Cheers! .

Our stay at Surfers Mayfair was fantastic! The location was ideal, with stunning views from our 11th-floor balcony. The private parking was a bonus and the poolside and spa area were perfect for relaxation. David and Karen, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Super friendly and helpful owners, walking distance to everything, secured parking, huge well-equipped apartment with spa bath, well-maintained tennis court, nice pool area. Kitchen area was amazing with sufficient utensils. Lovely managers, great for families. Access to trolley for luggage. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, and river.

This hotel/apartment is in a great location, close to both the river and the beach. It is also conveniently located near shops and the main living area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large balconies offering fantastic views. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a great personal experience. The grounds and pool area are well-maintained, and there are BBQ facilities available for guests to use.

Some aspects of the interior are a bit dated and worn, but this is at the discretion of each apartment owner.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely amazing - so close to everything! We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The views from our balcony were stunning, especially in the spacious main bedroom. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. They were attentive and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we required. It was also a bonus to have cooking facilities in the room, in case we wanted to prepare our own meals. this hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment was spacious and had impressive views. the laundry facilities were very practical. the location was central and accessible.

The furniture needs an update, as it was quite old. the bed was uncomfortably hard.
