Bernadette's hospitality was superb, and the room was clean and spacious. the spa was a luxurious touch, and we even spotted Wallabies on the property. While the check-in time was strictly enforced, it was a small blip in an otherwise fantastic experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on our next Phillip Island visit.

You can relax in the jacuzzi or the garden area, which is always available. the atmosphere is soo relaxing; you couldn't ask for a nicer place to spend your weekend.

One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms. You might hear some noise from other guests checking in or walking past your room.

Spent the loveliest Xmas at a cozy guest house. the continental breakfast was outstanding, with fresh bread and pastries. the views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. the fireplace made us feel warm and comfortable on those chilly nights. the owner was an exceptional host who made us feel like we were part of the family.

The beds were slightly creaky, which made it difficult to sleep. the rules and restrictions could be a bit overwhelming at first, but they were understandable for the safety and comfort of all guests.
