Felt completely relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

Located just off the highway with a convenient tavern nearby serving great food. the area offers Coles Bay nearby and a campsite feel with communal areas for socializing. Guests can enjoy clean bed linen and good pressure showers if well-maintained.

Limited security in the dorm rooms with rusted bed frames and inadequate storage.

we had a fantastic time at Backpacker Lodge - the communal spaces were clean and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 10. the pod rooms were comfortable, and the owner was accommodating. the kitchen had everything we needed, plus a lovely outdoor area. Great for visiting Freycinet National Park.

The local eats at Viewpoint Restaurant & Salt Shaker Cafe tickled my taste buds like never before. the community vibes were top-notch, and the kitchen setup was spot on for whipping up a feast. Free parking was a ripper bonus, too!

Now, fair dinkum, I ended up with a couple of eight-legged mates in my pod, which wasn't a hoot. the bathroom floors were often sloppy without any paper towels, just a dodgy hand dryer.

Comfy sleeping pods in mixed dorm, good kitchen facilities, nice communal area to relax, bottle store nearby.

Felt good, nothing to complain about.

I enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen with ample cooking gear and clean facilities. the cozy pod rooms were perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the location close to Freycinet National Park.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Plenty of communal space, clean bed linen, and well-maintained social areas. Well-equipped kitchen with a variety of utensils. Secure keypad lock system, friendly guests, and outdoor seating with activity options. Free parking and beautiful sunset views.

Dirty bathrooms, some dorms not clean. Hairs found on mattress.

Just stayed at a hostel next to the fence. LOVED the breakfast at the bakery next door. Room was a bit dark, but clean. Would stay again! Light is better in photos.

Got great value for my money at the hostel. the room was cozy and the staff were super friendly. the location was convenient for exploring around.
