I stayed at this hotel for a night with two other people and found the room to be neat and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to attractions like Darling Harbour and Chinatown. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for a short visit to Sydney.

The hotel is in the center of everything, just a short walk from Town Hall station in CBD area of Sydney, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. The staff is courteous and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms are well-furnished with a queen bed in the main room supplemented by a work desk. The breakfast served every morning is delicious and filling.

The room was quite small, which may be a bit cramped for longer stays. the noise from the nearby pub and nightclub made it difficult for my children to sleep, so better soundproofing would have been appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, close to everything especially if you're using public transport. It's within walking distance from the Capital theatre and Darling Harbour, which saved us on transport charges. Being in the centre of CBD, it was convenient to explore the city. The staff here, especially the hotel manager Mr Hinton, are very good and accommodating. They went out of their way to allocate us a room even though we arrived early for check-in. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offers free toiletries, an electric kettle, television, and a safe in the room. Additionally, there is a dining bar/lounge area that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

This place is located in a busy street within easy walk of Town Hall Train station. The service housekeeping is great, and the staff accommodated my request for a chair in my room. The leisure/ TV room and the bar/ lounge area are good facilities to relax. The airport shuttle is convenient.
