The hosts were fantastic, check, in was a breeze, and my room was spot on, cozy and tidy with a cool aircon for the chilly weather. I could hang around after check, out and roam Dungog; they were sweet, I'd definitely come back. Great bang for the buck! the leisure room was chill, and the BBQ spot was a gem for a laid, back evening. If I had to nitpick, the sofa bed looked a bit worn out, but it didn't kill my vibe. Cheers! 👍.

The camping areas are best accessed from Gresford, a picnic at Allyn River Forest Park is delightful, and the James Theatre is a quirky gem. Farm tours were a hoot, wandering around the 2200-hectare property.

Seeing cobwebs in all rooms was such a lovely touch.

Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience. the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. the location in the centre of town was perfect, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy all that Dungog has to offer. the welcoming atmosphere really made us feel at home. We appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and the cozy room that was clean and comfortable. the staff even let us have a late check-out and were so accommodating. Definitely a top-notch experience compared to other places we've stayed at!

If there's one thing that could use a bit of improvement, it would be the size of the room. It was a tad small, and the sliding mirror doors to the bathroom were a bit tricky to get used to.

The motel managers were fantastic - friendly and always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the town of Dungog itself was a delight, with its friendly locals and charming atmosphere. the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a bonus for me, although the staff seemed slightly reserved about my furry companion. Despite the small room size, the helpful staff allowed us to use the room beyond the usual checkout time after a morning bike ride. the WiFi worked well, and the central location made it convenient to explore cafes and restaurants nearby.

The motel is conveniently located right in the centre of town, near the supermarket. It's the perfect base to explore all the shops and attractions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The staff is lovely and knowledgeable, always ready to offer helpful tips for your stay. Plus, the motel even provides fresh milk for your tea and coffee, a nice little touch that goes a long way.

The facilities are quite basic with not much to offer beyond the rooms.

At my first stay, the staff kindly guided me. This place suits me perfectly, with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, a Welcome drink, and a Snack bar. the room includes an Electric kettle, Flat-screen TV. I appreciate the Laundry service and shared kitchen. I'll be back for a holiday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the center of town, and I must say, it was a great experience. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the comfortable bed to the wacky bathroom hidden behind a wardrobe. It was a unique touch that added a bit of excitement to my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. In addition, the hotel offered a tasty and satisfying breakfast that kept me going throughout the day. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

Conveniently located for my project, the room was ideal for a solo traveler. Owners and staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in easy. Will definitely book again for future visits.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The heating worked well. The motel is conveniently located in the main street, with easy access to cafes and the local brewery. It is pet-friendly and has outdoor seating areas.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the free Foxtel. the location was great, right in the heart of town and walking distance to everything. Plus, the shampoo and conditioner were good quality.

The bathroom was cramped and located behind a sliding mirrored cupboard door which made accessing the fridge, kettle, and clothes closet very difficult. there were no on-site staff in the evenings as the owner was away.

Upon arrival, there was a slight delay at reception, but we were promptly assisted by a friendly staff member who showed us to our room. The room itself was small, but surprisingly comfortable and clean. The motel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the local area. our stay at Tall Timbers Motel was pleasant and satisfactory, despite a few minor drawbacks. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dungog.
