The motel room was a pleasant surprise overall with a spacious layout, clean bathroom, and comfy bed. separate split systems in the bedroom would be a great addition. While small issues like a noisy heater and difficult windows were noted, the kitchenette and spacious design were highlights.

our spacious room had a lovely kitchenette with all essentials. the beds were cozy with electric blankets, perfect for cold weather. the on-site parking and ability for late check-in/out were convenient. fiona was accommodating and friendly, making our experience even better. plus, the location was easy to find with good amenities nearby.

The accommodation was like a puzzle—could do with more comfy seating. Fortunately, the warmth of the kitchen and the extra space made evenings cosy. the bathroom was a welcome surprise, modern and fresh. We were in for a treat with the two-bedroom setup. Shame about the road noise, but the central location and the helpful staff made up for it. I might be Belgian, but I sure know how to appreciate a good kitchen!

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being close to popular attractions such as Cataract Gorge and a supermarket. The rooms are well-equipped with all the conveniences you need, including a bedside table between the beds. The views from the hotel are also stunning, adding to the overall experience.

The location of the accommodation is great as it is close to both the Tamar East and West areas, making it convenient to explore both sides. It is also located right next to a restaurant, which is perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Additionally, it is just a short drive to the Launceston city center, allowing easy access to shops and attractions. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, with comfortable beds and a functioning kitchen. There is also a swing for kids to enjoy.

There were some issues with the water heater, as it wasn't able to provide hot water after 11pm or after multiple people had taken a bath.

The room wasn't as booked, but the owner fixed it immediately. Onsite restaurant wasn't good, impacting the score. Modern bathroom, older kitchen with full fridge. Upstairs room with great river views. Easy parking and balcony access.

I had a wonderful stay at Tamar River Villas. The room was freshly renovated with modern furnishings, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was a good size. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. Despite being located on a main road, the traffic noise didn't bother me at all. The check-in hours were a bit restricted, but I appreciated that I could let them know if I was arriving late. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, simple, and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the parking right in front of the door was convenient. It was the perfect starting point for exploring Launceston and the surrounding area. We also loved the fact that there was a good restaurant right next to the apartment building. we had a great experience.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well provisioned, with a lovely view of both the native garden and the river beyond. the location was very convenient, within minutes drive of both the city and the rural area. the apartment was well equipped for an extended stay, perfect for a long Easter weekend getaway.

The shower in the bathtub was a bit outdated, not the most comfortable feature. there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made the room fill with steam from the shower, and the window opened onto the street, which was not appropriate during shower time.
