Stayed at a wonderful serviced apartment for 4 nights. the room was spacious with a comfy bed, beach towels provided, and fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. Easy check-in via text, hassle-free parking, short walk to the beach. Responsive staff, excellent location near cafes and shops. Free Wi-Fi, clean apartment, and covered balcony for rainy days.

Sails Serviced is excellently located, just a short stroll from the beach and shops. the townhouse, though dated, is well-appointed and had all the necessities we needed.

No smiling welcome. Limited room amenities.

Located near lively eateries & a short walk to the beach, our room was cozy. Small hiccups like parking & incomplete kitchenette were overlooked as we embraced the beachy vibes. Enjoyed the balcony with local food & a hilarious battle with a cockroach in the shower. Comfortable nights, refreshing breezes - no need for temperamental AC here. A worthy escape for any traveler!

I had a wonderful stay at Sails Serviced Apartments in Terrigal for a business trip, chosen by my director. the accommodations were superb with a spacious outdoor entertaining area, ideal for relaxation. the apartment was well, equipped with a pull, out bed for the kids, a great TV location, and a beautiful balcony perfect for enjoying the morning sun. the blockout blinds ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

One minor issue was that it was hard to get anyone to talk to upon arrival at the unmanned reception.

The staff at Terrigal Sails were incredibly helpful and friendly. When we had an issue with the shower head and hot water, Elizabeth came right away to fix it. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the apartments was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shopping center.

Despite minor maintenance issues, our stay at Terrigal Sails was enjoyable. the location near the beach and shops was convenient, and the townhouse had all necessary amenities. the comfortable bed and easy check-in added to the positive experience.

The noise level in the apartment was quite high at times, which affected the overall experience.

clean rooms - awesome location near the comfy bed - close to beach - enjoyed local bars & cafes - loved the staff's help with early/late check in, and the highlight was the spa bath.

the housekeeping service was lacking attention to detail, which included the cleaning of dishes and the presence of sand and dirt on the apartment's floor.
