The staff at Terrigal Sails were incredibly helpful and friendly. When we had an issue with the shower head and hot water, Elizabeth came right away to fix it. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the apartments was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shopping center.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in a great location. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, yet it is very close to the shops and restaurants. I loved that I could easily walk to all the attractions and amenities in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and dining table. The hotel provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated the little touches like the free toiletries and the option to have breakfast in-room. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location of the apartment was perfect, as it was close to the main area for eating places, shops, and restaurants. It was great being able to walk everywhere easily. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was nice and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the apartment had onsite parking, making it convenient for guests.

The noise level in the apartment was quite high at times, which affected the overall experience.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the free parking and wifi offered by the hotel. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the town and the beach. the spacious and comfortable apartment was perfect for my needs during the holiday season.

the housekeeping service was lacking attention to detail, which included the cleaning of dishes and the presence of sand and dirt on the apartment's floor.
