The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various venues and shops. The customer service provided by David and Cecile was exceptional, making us feel appreciated and welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the bonus of a free breakfast with pastries, tea, and coffee was a pleasant surprise.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the center of town and just a few steps away from the tourist center. The rooms were quite good, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff, especially Jacob, were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV in the room.

While the staff were great, we found that some of the other hotel staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. However, despite this small drawback, we would still recommend this hotel to families as the location and service were excellent.

This place is amazing! It's situated right in the heart of town so I could easily walk to all the tourist attractions. The staff member was so helpful and friendly, providing me with tours and tickets to the hotspots. My room had everything I needed including a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and a TV. I loved the free toiletries and the in-room safe, which added to my peace of mind. Plus, the air conditioning was fantastic and I was able to relax in the sitting area.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it's perfect.

The property and rooms were well maintained and clean. The location was excellent, with a supermarket just a few meters away and attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and allowing us to store our luggage after check-out.

The noise insulation could be improved, as we could hear people talking and returning to their rooms at night, which disturbed our sleep.

I had a fantastic city trip recently where I had the pleasure of staying at a boutique hotel located at the heart of the city. the hotel was so well-placed that everything was within walking distance. I could easily explore the city and enjoy the nightlife without worrying about transportation. the hotel also offered complimentary services that were excellent, especially the free coffee and pastries every morning. It was a great way to start my day on a high note.

the communication was poor, especially relating to late check-in procedures. there were some unusual decorations outside the window which I found a bit uncomfortable.
