My recent stay was fantastic! the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was a standout - a wide array of options to start the day off right, with a warm cooked dish that changed daily. the rooms were cozy, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and impeccably clean. the location was ideal, just a short walk to town and nearby attractions.

It would have been even better if the soundproofing was improved, as the noise from passing trains could be disruptive at times. while the hosts were friendly, some guests may find it uncomfortable to have room numbers and morning routines shared with others without prior consent.

we had a fantastic time at the guest house. everything was superb. the room was comfy, the hosts lucie and tim were amazing, and the breakfast frittata was delicious. the location near the national park was stunning, offering great views and walks. we enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and playing billiards in the games room. a truly memorable stay!

As a senior woman, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it easy to navigate the property, such as well-lit pathways and comfortable seating areas. It's a serene retreat perfect for relaxing getaways.

Would suggest better lighting for reading at night by the beds without disturbing the ambiance created. the children working there were lovely and accommodating otherwise.

Enjoyed the lounge's cozy fireplace for a delightful drink. Market days offered quirky finds. Loved staying at the historical Guest House with a charming cottage and well-equipped conference room.

My friends and I had a lit time at the hotel's games room and chillaxing in the cozy lounges. the vibe was totally awesome for a teenage crew. We even hit up the nearby Botega B restaurant and it was fire! Plus, the location near Morton NP was so insta-worthy for our pics.

Would be mega cool if they had a DJ or live music on weekends for more party vibes.

We especially enjoyed the lovely bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a long day. The attention to detail and ambiance throughout the hotel created a truly wonderful atmosphere. The Bundanoon Guest House is a delightful place to stay for families. Located in a beautiful historic residence, it offers spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The friendly hosts go above and beyond, accommodating special dietary needs and providing a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast. The guest house is conveniently located close to shops and the railway station, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being opposite a noisy train line, the ambiance of the charming surroundings more than makes up for it. Additionally, the snooker and table tennis tables in the main house provide fun entertainment for the whole family.

One small downside is the lack of a TV or mini-bar in the rooms, although there are TVs in the common areas and fridges available for use.

Stayed over Easter and had a great time. the cozy atmosphere, classic decor, and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast and comfortable common areas that were perfect for relaxing. the convenient location close to nearby attractions and easy access to parking made it a great choice for our trip.
