I encountered a slight inconvenience when my room was unmade upon arrival, and I had to stay in a different room for one night. I had to inform the cleaner of the issue the next morning.

The parking was extremely limited, especially during peak times like New Year's Eve. Additionally, the noise from the bar below could be heard in the apartment, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep on occasion. the stay was enjoyable, but it would have been better with more parking and improved soundproofing.
