Felt so comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

we had a pleasant stay at the Charles Boutique Hotel & Dining. the room size was good and had a comfortable king-sized bed. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, even arranging a late check-in for us. the restaurant on-site was excellent, and we enjoyed a drink there in the evening, adding it to our room. overall, a much better experience than expected.

Staff warmly assisted my elderly parents on our first visit here. the hotel suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, and a cozy bar. the outdoor dining area is lovely. Coming back for a romantic escape.

Our kids absolutely loved the spacious rooms and convenient location near parks and restaurants. the hotel's cozy vibe and welcoming staff made us feel at home.

My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities like a dedicated play area would be a great addition.

The rooms at this hotel were very comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the highlight was the fabulous restaurant showcasing delicious dishes made with local produce. One minor improvement could be to address cleanliness issues in the rooms.

This gem had spacious rooms, helpful staff, well-equipped kitchen, and great room service. The living room was large and had good TV options. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the river and town center. The beds were comfortable.

This hotel is in a lovely area near the river in Wagga, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds and hot showers. The staff are helpful and the breakfast at the restaurant upstairs is delicious. It's also conveniently located close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore.

Despite a small issue with the initial table placement, the staff made sure we were well taken care of and even offered a complementary glass of wine. The overall experience was great and we would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
