The spacious suite was perfect for our large family, with clean rooms and luxurious bathrooms for the kids to enjoy. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and even offered the kids a glass of champagne, which they loved! the pool was a hit for the whole family, providing a fun and relaxing time after a day of exploring Melbourne.

For dads, it would be great to have a kids' club or designated children's play area for more organized entertainment options.

i chose the hotel for the location, perfect for exploring. como provided very comfortable beds, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. a wide array of amenities within walking distance make it an ideal spot. also, the king spa suite was impressively spacious, with a luxurious spa tub.

The rooftop sun deck with a barbeque area was a delightful surprise. It felt like having a private rooftop terrace in the heart of a bustling city, offering a serene retreat with a touch of luxury. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Sausage at breakfast wasn't tasty.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. There are also several restaurants nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The lift area is easily accessible and the staff are attentive and courteous. Additionally, the hotel boasts a peaceful Japanese garden which adds to the overall ambiance.

Some guests have mentioned issues with faulty swipe cards, which can be inconvenient.

Conveniently located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options, the Como Melbourne offered a delightful stay for my family. the spacious 2-bedroom apartment, friendly staff, and enjoyable sauna and heated pool facilities added to our relaxation. the nearby landmarks like the Melbourne Cricket Ground and National Gallery of Victoria enriched our family bonding experience.

The staff at Mgallery were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated their prompt response when I called for extra towels and assistance with my bins. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation options. Amazing new year's experience! the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Loved the complementary champagne and breakfast in bed. the location was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Another plus was the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

The noise from the street, but that's to be expected with such a central location. the room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still comfortable.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that has exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities and the spa & wellness centre are top-notch. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Furthermore, the sun terrace and sun loungers are great spots to enjoy a fabulous view.

The service stops at 11 pm, which was a minor issue. However, I must highlight how incredible the staff was during my stay.
