Great Location and View, Spacious Rooms

The North Pier Hotel in Cowes boasts a great location with beautiful views and spacious rooms. the restaurant and pub on-site offer delicious food, although it can get busy during peak seasons. However, improvements could be made in bathroom cleanliness and maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience.

we had a wonderful time at north pier. the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. being able to dine at the bistro on-site was super convenient, and the food was delicious. the location was perfect for enjoying the water views and having a relaxing stay. the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more pleasant.

Staying in a budget room at North Pier Hotel exceeded my expectations with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the pool area and green trees. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and shops. the swimming pool and beach access provided great relaxation, and nearby landmarks like Blue Gum Reserve and Cowes Jetty made for enjoyable family outings, enhancing our bonding time.

The location of North Pier Hotel in Cowes is unbeatable and the price is very affordable. Perfect for a quick stay on Phillip Island. Despite the noise from a party above us, the staff was friendly and accommodating. the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool and access to the beach were enjoyable, enhancing our family bonding. Nearby landmarks like Woolworths Cowes and Cowes Beach offered convenience and added to our experience.

We had an amazing stay, close to all shops and a LOVELY breakfast overlooking the beach! the quiet and clean rooms were a bonus. Would choose this place again! Photos don't do justice to the beach view. Can't wait to go back!

Second stay, different room, better experience. Staff swiftly accommodated room change for privacy. Ground floor felt overly exposed; preferred upstairs declined. Close to cafes, but lacking lounge chair. No privacy screening, open blinds felt like an exhibition! Despite quirks, friendly service and clean room won me over. Revisiting due to location and staff—would appreciate made beds next time!

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of shops and a playground, making it perfect for families visiting during the Saturday market.
