The valet parking and welcoming staff were top-notch. The Penthouse suite was stunning with high-tech features. the set breakfast menu and lingering fridge odor were slight disappointments. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was highly recommended with a great location for shopping and sightseeing.

This hotel offers top-notch service, beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking views. the valet parking and entrance were seamless, and the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, including automatic curtains and a luxurious bathtub. the location was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend getaway, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We especially loved the stunning views from the 10th floor in the evening.

Our experience was marred by negative interactions with some of the staff. Some employees were abrupt and unfriendly, showing a lack of customer service skills.

The room at The Darling was large and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the turn-down service was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne we received for our anniversary celebration.

The outdoor pool and sun loungers are just some of the facilities that add to the ambiance. The restaurant offers delicious food, while the bar/lounge area provides a pleasant place to relax with a cocktail. In addition, private facilities are available, and the location is convenient for exploring the area.

Our only negative experience was the service at breakfast. We were confused about the menu and did not receive clear instructions about what was included.
