The location was ideal, within walking distance to the city center and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the secure car park, which made our stay convenient and hassle-free.

There were a few minor inconveniences that detracted from our overall experience. The air conditioning was only available in the living room, requiring us to open the bedroom door for temperature control.

The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooftop view was amazing, especially at night. the location was convenient, with easy access to the CBD and the free tram zone.

I recently stayed at The Eminence Apartments for a week-long business trip. The whole apartment was top quality, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and the bonus of a washing machine/dryer. I loved the extra pillows and balcony, and the views from the 15th floor were simply amazing. The apartment even had a barbeque, which was a great perk. The location was convenient, with many eating places nearby. The reception staff were friendly and responsive to any requests or issues that arose during my stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and facilities. the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. the key location was superb, with everything within a 5-10 minute walk. We could easily get to the QV and the Royal Exhibition Hall for our daughter's graduation. the nearby tram station made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the delicious kebabs at the halal restaurant nearby.

For the last two nights, there was a noisy party in the building, which made it difficult to sleep. There was also loud noise coming from the apartment above us, possibly from people jumping or running around.
