Staying at this place was a great decision! I loved being right on the promenade with amazing views of the river. The room service and housekeeping were fantastic, making me feel right at home. Another great perk was the welcome drink and the range of room amenities like free toiletries, electric kettle and flat-screen tv that added extra comfort to my stay. The dining restaurant was also a standout, serving up a delicious in-room breakfast. But the best part was definitely the staff who were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest.

We stayed at a great motel with a beautiful view of the river. The location was perfect, as we were close to the shops and restaurants in town. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and a large, modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for local tours and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

That the check-out time was a bit early at 10am, but everything else was fantastic.

We had an incredible stay at this charming motel with breathtaking water views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and safe for our toddlers. We were able to relax on the balcony and enjoy glimpses of the bay. The customer service was exceptional, especially when I accidentally dropped my wedding ring down the drain. Peter from reception came to the rescue with a wet/dry vacuum and retrieved my precious ring. It truly exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this beautiful motel for a peaceful and serene getaway.

As older guests, we loved the convenient location with easy access to eateries, shops, and the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club just across the road. The wrap-around balcony provided a stunning 270-degree view of the river and bay, creating a delightful atmosphere. The accommodation was reasonably spacious, and we were particularly impressed by the large shower with great water pressure and temperature. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We felt right at home during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel near the city center and close to several restaurants and shops. Our room had a balcony that offered a wonderful view of the water. we appreciated the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, which were both very convenient.

The air conditioning was not very strong, which made it difficult to enjoy the atrium. While we enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant, the loud country music was a bit too much for us.
