We loved the facilities - the pools and spa were lovely, well maintained and always clean. Very resort style. The hotel is connected to Wests which was so convenient for when we didn’t want to venture out for food. Lots of options and variety when it came to food which meant something for even the fussiest of our 6 adults and 4 kids group. The rooms were also nice. We had 2 x 1 bedroom queen and sofa rooms which was great as mum and dad got a comfy room and the kids loved nights on the comfy sofa in the living room. We also had a studio balcony room overlooking the pools with King bed. This was more modern than the queen/sofa rooms as they’ve been recently been renovated. Both styles of room were great in terms of layout and space depending on your needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to lots of beaches, the city, Blackbutt reserve, Westfield Kotara etc … we were spoilt for choice anytime we wanted to explore Newcastle and venture away from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to a licensed club with many restaurants available. The staff at the hotel were professional and accommodating, even helping with a cake delivery. The outdoor pool area was excellent, with two pools and two hot spas, perfect for relaxation or hangover recovery.

One negative aspect is that some of the room amenities were not up to par, such as lumpy fold-out lounges and dirty showers.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I was very impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful outdoor landscaped area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The quality of service and the range of facilities provided make it the perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to nearby dining options and the parking was convenient.

The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could definitely use a renovation. The view from our room wasn't great either, as we had to look out onto a dirty outdoor umbrella.

Our stay at the Executive Inn in Newcastle was absolutely fantastic. The newly remodeled lobby and pool area were impressive and made us feel like we were in a little spot of paradise. The room we stayed in had a spacious balcony that overlooked the beautiful pool, creating a wonderful ambiance. The comfortable bedding and quality shower setup made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch. Additionally, the convenient free undercover parking and the variety of dining options at the hotel made our experience even more convenient. we had a great time at the Executive Inn and would definitely recommend it.

While our stay was mostly excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which made it difficult to wash our hair.

Great pool, comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom, easy access to Wests Leagues Club, friendly staff, provided cot.

Nothing not to like.
