The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops, not right in the city center but easy to get into. The superior rooms on the 6th floor have spacious, new bathrooms and friendly staff make you feel welcome. The hotel also offers a fitness facility and a restaurant on the 6th floor.

The hotel relies heavily on the adjacent club for most amenities, which can be slightly inconvenient, especially during bad weather.

Our stay at Gateway Inn was fantastic. The hotel was easily accessible and the staff were welcoming and efficient. We were checked in quickly and our room was conveniently located near the reception. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The location next to the club was a bonus, as we had a great time there. we highly recommend Gateway Inn for a wonderful stay in Newcastle.

I had a great stay at this place. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, aside from the adjoining club. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with a luxurious walk-in shower and an oversized spa bath. it was a fantastic experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my new year stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complementary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi service offered. The location of the hotel was convenient for sightseeing and shopping since it was close to popular attractions. the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The shower was outdated, and the water pressure was inconsistent, which was frustrating. The staff was also unresponsive to my requests, and there was no proper cleaning of the room.
