we had an amazing experience at Gerald hotel. we were upgraded to a luxurious two-bedroom apartment, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the Old man and the sea rooftop bar served delicious meals, and the location was excellent with spacious rooms and great amenities.

The staff at Gerald are friendly and helpful. Free flow of coffee and tea on the ground floor adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Clean 5-star public restrooms are conveniently located. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and feature Tesla destination chargers. the hotel's central location allows easy access to town facilities.

Incorrect food charge resolved promptly. Pillows were too large.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its convenient location right in the centre of Geraldton. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I felt welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing me with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. With its prime location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, it truly is a gem of a place.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and responsive, especially when we requested additional towels. I was impressed by their effort to find us a portable cot for our baby. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance made for a pleasant stay overall.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the hotel charged us for food that we never ordered.

Our romantic escape was nice and quiet. the rooms were cozy and well decorated. We loved the free mini bar and the free breakfast. the location was convenient for exploring the town and the nearby beaches. We were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants in the evening. the bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep.

The price was a bit high for what we got. the coffee machine was out of service.
