Free parking at the Gold Coast Airport, a nightclub at my service, and free WiFi felt like a real treat. the property was conveniently located near Robina Town Centre, Burleigh Head National Park, and Byron Bay.

Who needs bedside lights or windows when you have a glaring ceiling light and no ventilation control?

The hotel has a central location right on Main Street, making it easy to get around town.

Our room with a balcony overlooked a gas storage area, and the kitchenette lacked essential pots and pans. the bathroom lacked privacy with no door, and water leaked onto the carpet due to the absence of a shower curtain.

imperial was my perfect home away from home. from the amazingly comfortable bed to the divine body wash & shampoo, the experience was top-notch. staff were helpful with late check-in and ordering a meal for me. room was immaculate, and the bathroom was drop-dead gorgeous. a gem in the heart of town.

Had a fantastic stay at a historic pub-turned-hotel. LOVED the newly renovated room with a balcony and kitchenette. the breakfast was better in person. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had a cool vibe, with awesome room features like a little kitchen and a massive bathroom - wish there was a bathtub! 🛁 Enjoyed the fantastic town vibe, old shops, and tasty food choices. Only wish the bed was a tad comfier for a better night's sleep, but the AC would've made up for it on a hot summer night. Great spot overall to chill and explore! .

I was impressed with the database's user-friendly interface and the extensive range of search filters available. the room with the balcony overlooking the back carpark was a pleasant surprise. It was newly renovated with a beautiful bathroom and even had a small kitchenette. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee outside while taking in the view.

One minor drawback I encountered was the lack of direct natural light in the room. While the balcony provided a nice outdoor spot, I missed having a window to let in more natural light.

The room was clean and stylish, with good ventilation, the staff were accommodating for our late check-out. the room renovation seemed impractical; lacking essentials like bedside lamps and curtains, as well as inconvenient power outlets. The pub was noisy, with no AC control, and loud TV's. the beautiful renovated old building, outstanding pub food, and surrounding countryside made up for these minor inconveniences.

Clean rooms, great shower, and comfy bed. the wardrobe in my room was like a magical closet - I half-expected it to lead to Narnia! The staff were as friendly as if they were welcoming me to their own home. Cons: Sparse breakfast options.

Friendly staff assisted in changing rooms due to noise issue next door. Renovated historic building offers spacious rooms with large TVs. Efficient parking available.

I tried surfing for the first time at a nearby beach, it's ticked off my bucket list. the room had a wardrobe, but no door on the bathroom - a bit awkward! Kian bent over backward for us though, ensuring we checked in promptly. the bar staff, especially Joe and Billy, made our nights a blast. No room service, but who needs it at a lively spot like this?

I always return for great service and cozy rooms. Staff recommended a delicious eatery nearby. Free Wi-Fi, secure parking, bar, restaurant, laundry, TV. Coming back for Christmas festivities!
