I recently stayed at The Jazz Corner Hotel for a few nights while in town for a business trip. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was centrally located and close to everything I needed. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception were exceptional, allowing me to check in early and providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as a train station, restaurants, and a great pub, all within walking distance. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, with its warm and groovy cafe/foyer, was a unique and welcoming touch. Plus, the pleasant scent that permeated the halls added to the overall experience.

One of the worst aspects of our experience was the unpleasant smell in the hotel. Our apartment had a strange odor, resembling smoke, which made our stay less enjoyable.

We had a great time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across the road from the park and with easy access to public transportation. The view from our high floor room was absolutely stunning. The staff were so welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. We also appreciated the additional services like room service, housekeeping, and the grocery shopping service. we were very impressed with this place and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

We were a bit the reception staff, as they were a little inefficient when checking us in. However, this minor issue was quickly forgotten when we bumped into one of the staff members in the lobby and he took the time to listen to our feedback and make us feel heard.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a tram stop right at the door and within the free service area. Being near the Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens was a big plus. The rooms were spacious and had nice linen on the big comfortable beds. The kitchen facilities were also a great advantage, with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine provided. The staff were friendly and professional, adding to the positive experience.

Despite the great location and comfortable rooms, the hotel could improve on their cleanliness, as some guests mentioned dustiness and streaky glasses.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the smartly designed room with a comfortable bed and complete equipment, including a washing machine with dry function. The balcony provided a great spot to relax, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, close to trams and cafes, making it easy to explore the city. The complimentary upgrade with city views was a delightful surprise. a fantastic experience.

We loved the central location of Jazz Corner, just steps away from fantastic restaurants, Queen Victoria Market and the MCG. Our fully self-contained apartment was compact but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. we would definitely recommend this hotel.
