This hotel has a charming atmosphere and offers excellent value for money. The added bonus of free off-street parking and its proximity to the CBD make it a top choice. We particularly loved the helpful and friendly staff, who gave great suggestions for exploring the city. As a family with 2 small kids, we appreciated the convenience of a room close to reception for easy baggage handling. The small garden was a delightful spot to gaze at the stars at night.

The perfect spot for a romantic escape. the room was lovely and comfortable, with a big bed that was great for snuggling. the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, as was the delicious breakfast on offer. Best of all, the location was ideal - close to some great restaurants and bars, as well as the stunning natural beauty of the area.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. We struggled to find a spot close by and ended up having to park quite a ways away.

Courtyard room, historic features, great location. Unexpected upgrade, friendly owners. Spacious room, beautiful 4 poster bed, excellent bathroom. Quiet, large TV, convenient facilities. Safe car park, central location, budget-friendly.

Pros": We had a fantastic stay at a great value for our money. The room, called "The Stable," was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Cataract Gorge, Penny Royal Adventures, and the city centre. But what really made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff who were friendly, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home.

Cons": The breakfast selection could have been better.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was great for walking to many tourist sights and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed such as air conditioning, mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the garden furniture area.

This place would be great for families too.
