The self-service blend breakfast at the Old Convent Dalwallinu was a treat, with a good selection of cereals, fruits, yogurts, and toast. During our stay, my son and I enjoyed the comfortable king room and facilities like playing pool by the cozy fireplace. the historical charm and the well-maintained garden added to the homely atmosphere. the shared bathrooms were clean and convenient. We also loved the relaxing features like the swimming pool, outdoor BBQ facilities, and the garden area. Exploring nearby landmarks like Dalwallinu Caravan Park, just 4 km away, was a great family experience that enhanced our bonding during our stay.

The shared lounge was a cozy retreat. One evening, we gathered around the fireplace, swapping travel tales and savoring hot cocoa—an instant camaraderie bloomed amidst the crackling fire, akin to a scene from a heartwarming movie.

Only downside was the loud TV from room 9 past midnight; maybe clearer quiet hours needed at check-in? a great spot with friendly staff and historical charm. 🌺

Conveniently located, guests can take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque gardens or head to the local pub for a delightful meal. Situated in a stunning canola growing area, nature enthusiasts will be in awe of the vibrant landscapes.

Some contractors staying at the hotel were inconsiderate regarding mask-wearing and speed limits, posing a safety concern.

This hidden gem was a real surprise! the beautiful early architecture presented a peaceful vibe. the friendly staff were helpful and accommodating. the comfortable bed allowed me to wake up feeling rested and ready for adventure. the self serve continental breakfast was perfect and included all the essentials. the location is perfect as it is surrounded by the bushland and offers stunning views. Although WiFi was only available in the main building, there was a cozy common room where I could relax and access it.

The wheels on the bed were a tad annoying and shifted me slightly away from the wall when I moved. However, it did not affect my sleep.
