the location was perfect, with restaurants, a mall, and a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to our every need. They even allowed us to park at the hotel before check-in, which was a great convenience for us. the business center being open 24 hours was also a big plus. We also enjoyed the fantastic view of the fireworks from our 9th-floor studio room, which had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. our experience was top-notch!

I stayed at The Woolstore for a week in a spacious and comfortable studio apartment. The central location was perfect, with the wharf area, restaurants, and markets just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team did a great job replenishing complimentary items daily. I recently stayed at this place and I must say, the location was perfect for exploring the main tourist areas. Additionally, the service was excellent, with room service being prompt and the bell staff/porter being helpful with my luggage. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, including the mini-bar and in-room safe.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, you can visit everything on foot. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious. I loved the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer included. The staff was accommodating and helpful, as they changed our room when we mentioned that we weren't comfortable with the stairs. I recommend this hotel for its great location and comfort.

This hotel is located in a great spot near the waterfront and central to many attractions including a popular market. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great facilities. However, parking is limited, and it can be difficult to find a spot in the car park.

The heating in the bathroom wasn't great, which did make for a chilly experience in the mornings.

Loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near the quays and main shopping centers. Made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the Christmas festivities.

One major drawback was the noise from the busy highway nearby. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to relax and have a peaceful stay.

Got complimentary champagne and were wished well when we left the apartment. Excellent location for our needs, close to everything. Internet connection was great, no problems.

The TV was a pain, couldn't get it to work properly. the noise levels were high due to all the hard surfaces - making tea and watching TV was a challenge.

my recent stay in hobart was fantastic. old woolstore truly exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the pier and salamanca market. the room was spacious and well-equipped. i loved the delicious food at the restaurant and the world-class continental breakfast. it was a relaxing holiday.
