This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar/lounge area, and laundry facilities. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost necklace during my first stay. I recommend enjoying the spacious rooms. I’m definitely coming back for Christmas!

Great location near the waterfront! the spacious room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to accommodate our family needs. The dining was delicious with a wonderful breakfast spread! 😊

I loved being just a few steps from the Henry Jones Design Gallery and only a short walk to the vibrant Salamanca Market, where I enjoyed exploring unique local products and delicious food amidst the lively atmosphere.

the reception staff woudl ve been more welcoming if they tried. Also, my room overlooked a carpark, super romantic right? I expected a complementary upgrade for that disaster. Plus, do you really call a bed that squeaks with every move comfortable? I was just about ready to give a good review until these inconveniences ruined it.

However, the bed in one room did slope a bit, creating an uneven sleeping experience. One night we were charged for parking after it was complimentary the first night, so consistency could be improved.

We stayed in a suite with a kitchen which was nice for making breakfast! One of the staff actually brought us slippers after a whole scramble with the rude night manager, that was unexpected! It was a relief to not have to go out at 11 PM looking for footwear!
