I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with the place being regularly cleaned throughout the day. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a big kitchen that had everything I needed. The location was super convenient, as it was super close to the main attractions, including the botanic garden, and just a short walk to St James station for easy transportation. The staff were lovely, always welcoming and friendly. this hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at The Pacific House. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all clean and well-maintained. The hostel offered a variety of social activities, including cheese and wine evenings and yoga sessions, which made it easy to meet new people. I also appreciated the study room and the ample storage space in the rooms.

The Pacific House provided everything we needed as adventure travelers. They had a well-equipped kitchen where we could borrow cookware, and the free breakfast was a great start to our active days. Spent Xmas at this hostel and enjoyed the complementary breakfast and wine night. Location was spot on, close to transportation and city center. the hostel had a great social vibe which made it easy to make friends.

The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms were below expectations and could use better maintenance. Guests were not considerate in keeping things clean but also staff did not seem to care.

I really got my money's worth staying at Pacific House. The room was exceptional and the location was perfect. The staff treated me like a VIP.
